Since updating to macOS Ventura, SoundDesk hangs at startup when scanning for system plugins. As a quick solution, is there are way to turn of plugin scanning at start, possibly even avoid using third-party plugins?

Yes, you can restore to default (no plugin scan) by deleting:
Note: If one of the folders does not exist, ignore it.
