hangs at startup when scanning for system plugins

  • Since updating to macOS Ventura, SoundDesk hangs at startup when scanning for system plugins. As a quick solution, is there are way to turn of plugin scanning at start, possibly even avoid using third-party plugins?

    System: Macbook Pro 14" 2021, Apple M1 Pro, 16GB RAM, Ventura 13.3.1, SoundDesk 4.9.9

    Yes, you can restore to default (no plugin scan) by deleting:

    • User Folder/Library/Application Support/SoundDesk
    • User Folder/Library/Containers/info.loudlab.SoundDesk

    Note: If one of the folders does not exist, ignore it.
