I bought the Pro Bundle yesterday, and when I tried to display the Spectrogram in Sonic Atom, all the other meters were working fine, but only the Spectrogram was not displaying properly. It doesn't even show the frequency or time grids, only the control part. I was able to export the data by right-clicking on it, and the data itself seemed to be processed, so it might be a problem with the drawing.
