I noticed that the cDSP Maximizer plugin causes the latency for that channel to report 26 samples. Every other cDSP plugin supports 0 samples of latency. Is this normal? Is it something specific about the Maximizer that causes it to have to have latency? Thanks!

Yes, this is expected behaviour as a small amount of latency is required by the Limiter.
