Direct purchases through our website accept major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal, via our secure payment provider Paddle. Mac App Store purchases use your Apple ID payment method.

For Mac App Store purchases, refund requests are handled directly by Apple. For direct purchases made through our website, please contact us within 15 days of purchase and we will be happy to assist.

If you're purchasing from a country where VAT/GST is charged, you can add your tax ID and company details (excluding the US) during checkout. Once your VAT number is validated, you can proceed with a tax-free purchase. You can also add your tax ID and company details to the receipt within 60 days of purchase. Our buyer support team processes tax refunds in bulk every few days. Once your VAT is refunded, you'll receive an email confirmation and a tax-refunded invoice.
